Every program I offer is built around four pillars that I believe are essential for women navigating midlife: Movement, Nourishment, Restoration, and Connection. Together these form the MNRC Method™, a framework I developed from over 25 years of clinical experience and my own personal health journey. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, the MNRC Method™ looks at the whole picture of how you live, move, eat, rest, and connect. The Menopause Mapmaker Signature Program (12 Weeks)

A comprehensive 12-week program designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause using evidence-based strategies and thoughtful, compassionate coaching.

The program includes a 75-minute intake session, eleven weekly coaching sessions, a personalized Menopause Symptom Map, and individualized lifestyle and movement recommendations. Ongoing accountability and support are woven throughout.
